Meet the Jackson's

Welcome to our venue. 

The Jackson Family has deep roots in the Lincoln County area.

Dale & Sandy Jackson have lived in Lincoln County nearly their entire lives and have multiple thriving businesses in the area.   Most days you will find Dale running his electrical business, Jackson Electric.  Sandy worked in the corporate industry for years before purchasing Petal Pushers Flowers & Gifts with her sister Rita.  Petal Pushers is an important part of the venue as they provide florals at most events hosted at The Rusty Mallard.

Garrett & Caitlin Jackson also live in Lincoln County where Garrett is a large part of Jackson Electric and helps manage the day-to-day operations. He also owns 280 Ranch, a guided hunting lodge where they guide hundreds of people each year. His favorite part of the 280 is being the ranch's chef and preparing incredible meals for his guests. In his very little free time Garrett loves team roping with his boys and spending family time at the lake. Caitlin plays an important role in both The Rusty Mallard and 280 Ranch as she has blessed both with her incredible decorating skills. Catlin is the proud owner of Cait's Cakes & Cookies and provides beautiful wedding cakes to our couples.

The Rusty Mallard property was purchased many years ago as a place for the family to duck hunt on.   Shortly after they realized a need for a gathering spot for their large family and in 2019 the venue was built, the honeymoon cabin was updated, and a ceremony spot was added with the hope of sharing the beautiful 26 acres with others.
